San Francisco based product design lead with over 10 years experience, including AI-powered chat and conversational interfaces

At Google, Linh led the design and launched the first Business Messages AI-powered chat product, spearheading the design of the consumer chat experience and the growth of product entry points on Google Search, Maps and 1P apps. She also served as the mobile app design lead for Google’s proprietary Ad Sales CRM, providing rich dashboard visualizations for effectively tracking sales targets and goals.

Linh’s startup experience includes managing the design team at The Hunt, where she directed visual and interaction design across iOS and Android, optimized processes, and led strategic initiatives that shaped the company's roadmap and growth.

Outside of work, Linh finds joy in ballet, and embarked on a personal journey of learning ballet at home during the pandemic. With her drive and dedication, she achieved her goal of dancing en pointe, affirming that it’s never too late to pursue one’s passion.
